Two adults dead in apparent murder-suicide in Pinewood Springs

Two adults were identified dead Tuesday in a home in Pinewood Springs in an apparent murder-suicide Just after p m Larimer County Sheriff s Office deputies responded to a account of two deceased adults in a home on Deer Lane according to a Larimer County Sheriff s Office press release The Larimer County Coroner s office conducted an autopsy and uncovered that both people died from gunshot injuries the press release stated The autopsy also revealed that the -year-old woman s death was attributed to homicide and the -year-old man s manner of death was suicide the press release stated It did not describe the deaths as a murder-suicide The matter is under review but the preliminary assessment does not show any threat to the area the press release added This kind of sudden and tragic loss of life leaves a lasting impact on families friends and the surrounding society LCSO Investigations Captain Bobby Moll stated in the press release As our investigators work to find out what happened our Victim Response Group and Chaplains will continue offering promotion to those directly affected The press release urged anyone with information to contact LCSO investigator Marcus Simelane at - -
